Sirle has studied English language and literature. She has her professional roots in education where in addition to teaching she managed the Comenius and Erasmus+ international projects. She has also worked in the fintech Wise and thrives in multicultural environments.

Merle Mändmets (on maternity leave)

Project Lead for Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre

Merle has studied both Scandinavian languages and cultures and English. She has experience working in sales in the private sector but has been a teacher for the last ten years. Furthermore, she has project management experience (Interreg Estonia-Latvia) and has also been a member of the World Cleanup Day 2018 team. 
Merle is responsible for setting up the Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre (ALAC) and creating the participatory budgeting network in schools.

Miriam Tõnismägi (on maternity leave)

Project Lead for Integrity Watch 3.0

Miriam is an economist by education and has long-term marketing project manager experience, but she has also worked as an analyst and a lecturer in English and intercultural communication. Her career and education have also led her to live in London, Warsaw and Munich for a longer period of time.

Miriam's main responsibility is the implementation of the Integrity Watch 3.0 project.
