At the general meeting, the membership of the association elects 2-5 members to the board to represent it. Members of the board may not at the same time be members of the board of a political party, elected representatives of local governments, the Riigikogu or the European Parliament, or candidates in elections. In the event of such cases, the member of the association must decline to stand for the board or the board member has to resign.
The board is appointed for two years. A member of the board may not be elected to the board for more than two consecutive terms, as of the imposition of this restriction. In order to ensure a sufficient rotation of the board members, a cooling-off period of one normal term is applied to the board member after two consecutive terms.
The board convenes a general meeting and generally meets at least once a month. The members of the board act as volunteers, i.e. they do not receive remuneration for their work, except for reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.

Taavi Saat (The Chairman of the Board)
Taavi has long-term business and management experience and has worked in both public and private sector. He has been proactive for many years in implementing the best practices of the internal control system, risk management and governance culture. Through his activities, Taavi has helped to influence various objects of public interest in order to improve their readiness to deal with corruption prevention more effectively. By his nature and experience as a practitioner, he helps TI Estonia to reconcile theoretical knowledge with working practices.
Nele Laidvee
Nele is a lawyer and works as a legal councel for a large international company, being responsible for, among other things, business ethics and personal data protection (GDPR) in the company's European business units. Nele is happy to share her experience in introducing measures to prevent corruption in the private sector and she would like to contribute to the development of a fair and ethical business environment.
Raul Narits
Raul is a philosopher of law and professor emeritus at the University of Tartu. Among other things, he is a member of the editorial boards of the legal journals Juridica and Juridica International and a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu Toimetised).
